The basics.

Hosting and encryption
BrokerEdge runs on Replit infrastructure in the United States with a managed Postgres database. Every connection to the site is encrypted in transit.
Accounts and sessions
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes and are never readable by us. Sessions expire after 24 hours and use cookies that scripts cannot read. Forms are protected against cross-site requests, and sign-in and other sensitive actions are rate limited.
Payments
Stripe handles every payment. Card numbers go to Stripe and never touch our servers; we keep a customer reference and your subscription status so your plan stays current.
Your research stays yours
Your unlocks, notes, pipeline and alerts are visible only to you and, on Enterprise, to the team you set up. We do not sell data, and the application runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Contact data
People in our research come from public evidence about the employer, and business contact details come from licensed lookup providers only when a user requests them. Anyone who appears in the research can ask us to show or remove what we hold.
Service providers
Stripe for payments, Resend for service email, Anthropic for AI-assisted summaries, Exa for searching public sources, Findymail for contact lookups, and Replit and Neon for hosting. The privacy policy says what each receives.
Deleting your account
Email us from the address on your account and we will delete the information that identifies you, keeping only the billing records that tax and accounting rules require.
