Employee reviews
Recurring praise and complaints about benefits, insurance costs, pay and the experience of working there.
Employee reviews, specialist programs, new owners: Deep Research connects the public information that helps you understand an employer before the first conversation.
A sample review theme: employees value the health plan but struggle to compare options and understand costs.
Illustrative finding, not a quotation from a real employee.
The report follows the evidence available for that employer, and every finding links to where it was found.
Recurring praise and complaints about benefits, insurance costs, pay and the experience of working there.
Mental health, fertility, virtual care and other specialist programs, with provider names when sources identify them.
Acquisitions, expansion, leadership changes and hiring that help explain what is happening in the business.
What the employer advertises, what employees report, and where the two differ.
Published deductibles, contributions, out-of-pocket limits and employer HSA funding. Employee-reported figures are identified as such.
Retirement match, parental leave, tuition reimbursement and other offerings mentioned in public materials.
HR and benefits platforms connected to the employer by public sources.
Workforce locations, current roles, parent companies and changes in the benefits language of job postings.
The report first describes what public sources say. It then brings those observations together with the filing history to explain what they could mean for a broker. Missing information stays missing: a program that cannot be found online is not assumed to be absent, and a review is an employee’s account, not a plan document.
Deep Research is included with Sales Pipeline Builder and Enterprise. It runs when you unlock an account, and reopening an unlocked account is free. A completed brief is kept; you can refresh it once every seven days, and the product shows when the next refresh is available.
The sample report shows a complete research section on a fictional employer, sources included.
